Thank you for choosing Karan Kothari Jewellers. The following terms and conditions apply to the purchase of products and general usage.

Buy vouchers for your preferred denomination and exchange them for Gold/Platinum/Diamond Jewellery from any KKJPL showroom after lockdown.
Gold/Silver/Platinum rates will be fixed as per the price prevalent on the date of voucher purchase.
Enjoy fixed pricing on Gold/Silver/Platinum for double your voucher value. You may purchase additional jewellery at your locked price by paying any remaining amount at delivery.
A discount of 25% on Gold & Silver jewellery making charges and 50% on Diamond & Platinum jewellery making charges will be applied at the time of delivery.
Issuance of vouchers is subject to successful payment realization by Karan Kothari Jewellers.
Voucher value is exclusive of GST. GST will be charged at the time of generating the final bill during delivery.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions apply to the supply of goods through the Karan Kothari Jewellers online store (kkjpl.com). By placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the website.

By accessing or using any part of the site, you accept the Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all users including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

Our store is hosted on WooCommerce, which provides the e-commerce platform used to sell our products and services.

SITE ACCESS AND CHANGES

Access to our website is provided on a temporary basis. Content, product details, and pricing may change without notice. We may suspend or close the site at any time. You are responsible for ensuring that anyone using your internet connection complies with these Terms.

CONTRACT

A binding contract exists only when Karan Kothari Jewellers accepts your order with a confirmation email and full payment. Only individuals aged 18 or older may enter into legally binding contracts.

We may refuse orders due to payment issues, shipping restrictions, quality control failures, stock unavailability, or pricing/content errors. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from refusal of an order.

PAYMENT

By purchasing, you confirm the Razorpay account or credit/debit card used is yours or you are authorized to use it. All cardholders are subject to validation and authorization. If authorization fails, we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery.

Payments are processed securely via PayPal or other methods listed on our site.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may be cancelled within 5 working days after full payment. After this period, cancellations are at our discretion. To cancel, email us with subject “Cancellation” and provide your order number and address.

DEFECTIVE AND DAMAGED ITEMS

Packages must be opened in the presence of the courier upon delivery to verify tampering or damage. Failure to do so may prevent us from assisting with courier or insurance claims, and you may be solely responsible for any loss.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, notify us within 5 working days for replacement after return of the faulty item.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

As each piece is made to order, refunds are only provided for faulty items. In some cases, exchanges may be offered. Refunds are processed within 48 hours after receiving returned items.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All jewellery designs, photographs, logos, trademarks, and content on this website are the property of Karan Kothari Jewellers. Content may be used only for personal purposes. Reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS

We may update or change these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

AGREEMENT

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Karan Kothari Jewellers regarding purchase and use of goods. No variation is binding unless confirmed in writing by us.
